The Studio offers one-on-one personal training in an energizing, motivating and pristine environment, using modern, top-of-the-line, results-proven equipment.

Our team of personal trainers use medicine balls, bands, sleds, agility ladders, BOSU balls, balance pads and discs, TRX suspension training and more than 2,500 lbs. of free weights to help you reach your fitness goal.

One-on-One Personal Training

1 Hour or 30 Minute Sessions

Choose to come 1-5 times a week with one of our qualified trainers. Our programs are specially designed for you and your goals, as well as with you in mind! Our goal is to bring you closer to your target, while providing a fun, effective experience. By appointment only, click below to contact us!


Buddy Training

30 Minute or 1 Hour Sessions

Bring a friend in to work out with you! We encourage spouses, friends, business partners, and most other relationships to come in and work out together! (We advise against mortal enemies, but that is purely your choice…)
